第三国文件作用：采取中转出口方式，免配额，不受设限，规避反倾销税，目的国关税降低。出口提供文件：印尼的产地证(按进口国和产品可以做大使馆加签）、马来西亚产地证(按进口国和产品可以做大使馆加签）BV-CDV、工厂证明（生产报告+产能报告）、 KII等文件；台湾、泰国、香港、新加坡、菲律宾、越南等C/O(产地证)或FORM-A（普惠证）或FORM-AANZ 或FORM-MT等文件。
